Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website or direct arrangement through socials/email. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We are currently accepting e-transfer.
Delivery
We deliver within Edmonton & Area. We will contact you (or the mama you're ordering for) directly to arrange a drop-off time and location.
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 7 days. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us directly and we will make it right.
Food Safety & Allergies
Food Safety & Allergies. Mama's Kitchen is certified for food safety in the province of Alberta. Our kitchen may handle common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and sesame. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any food is allergen-free.
Product Availability & Substitutions
We aim to fill every order as specified. However, from time to time, certain ingredients may be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or meals of equal or greater value without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Mama's Kitchen is not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues from consuming our products. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists and ensuring food is stored and reheated properly.
