Berry Bliss Rice Porridge
Organic steel cut oats, and jasmine rice cooked low and slow. Topped with a medley of berries for an antioxidant boost. This porridge is perfect on its own or topped with nuts for an extra boost of protein and healthy fats.

Ancestral Chili
Our hearty, flavorful chili made with tender sweet potato, ground beef, and warming spices. We use ancestral ground beef with hidden beef organs (which you wont taste).

Lemon Ginger Chicken Congee
A soothing, slow-cooked rice porridge with tender chicken, fresh ginger, and a hint of bright lemon. This is dish is light yet nourishing for gentle digestion

Classic Chicken Soup
An ol' classic- Chicken Soup! This chicken soup has all the classic flavours: Chicken, carrot, onion, celery and potato. You get a full cup of our nutritious bone broth with each serving. If you want to make this meal a little more hearty you can add cooked noodles or rice.

Blueberry Chia Oat Pancakes
These pancakes are packed with hearty oats, chia seeds and juicy blueberries. Naturally sweet and packed with fibre. Top with maple syrup and a dollop of yogurt for added sweetness and protein.

Homestead Sausage Stew
This sausgae stew is hearty and satisfying. It is a meal that the whole family will love. Using ancestral beef sausage that includes beef organs (which you wont taste), potatoes, and mushrooms.

Warm Chuck Stew
Slow-braised chuck roast in a rich aromatic broth infused with Chinese five-spice, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Naturally sweetened with figs for depth of flavour and added fibre.

Coconut Rice Pudding
This dish is a choose your own adventure style dish. You can eat it as breakfast/snack by topping with some fresh fruit or cinnamon. Or you can enjoy for dinner and top with chicken/shrimp.

Golden Butternut Lentil Soup
This soup is a twist on the classic butternut squash soup. Including butternut squash, red lentils, and curry spice. It is an anti-inflammatory powerhouse. great for digestion and immune support.

Coconut Curry Chicken
Tender chicken simmered with basmati rice in our signature bone broth. This dish is light and flavourful. I Top with additional coconut milk or bone broth for a thinner sauce.
